CleanClip AI is designed with a strict local-first, privacy-by-design approach. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal clipped notes or web browsing history.
When you capture a web page using CleanClip AI, the extracted text is processed in-memory solely to generate AI summaries and Markdown formatting. Your captured text is never stored on our database servers.
Your API keys, Notion integration tokens, and Obsidian vault settings are stored locally on your device via Chrome's secure local storage API (chrome.storage.sync).
Payment processing is securely handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or financial credentials.
